Default Debadging

I was wondering if I decide to debadge my car now, taking into account that it's 10 years old do I risk paint coming off along with the badge??

Paint won't come off...unless you're using a hammer or saw or something of that nature to take them off.

Make sure you do a search on this forum before you de-badge...there are proper techniques involving hair dryers etc so you don't ruin your car.

yupp what he said.. I did it to mine and really like it.

Used a hairdryer, waxed dental floss, goof-off, a lil WD-40 but wipe that off and neutralize it with Windex after you wipe it down and some natural citrus cleaners. My paint is 10 years old and there is a small haze of the outline for the non-existing "LEXUS" and GS300" emblems but that is from years of dirt and crap building up i n the crevices over the years. hardly noticeable.. GO FOR IT!!
