Lexus sc430 Lights do not work. Heater fan does not work
That’s good to hear. You will need a wire diagrams to locate the connectors. I don’t have but I do know many members have them. May be someone will kindly help out.
Did you look at the car computers under your passenger seats? Good chance those will have to be replaced.
Here is a person with a flooded car also

If you google "ClubLexus SC430 Flooded" you can see what other people did who had flooded cars

Konrad12,
Even if your car has worked thus far, but don't let that lull you into not acting.
Any connector that got water in it will corrode and fail eventually unless cleaned completely out. That's the cold hard reality of a flooded car. I've been there.
Corrosion will begin to form and the connectors may work, sort of, but start to become a problem with regard to communication with all the processors, sensors and actuators in the car.
Seriously, make an effort to locate and clean out every connector that you can find, even if you only suspect they gor wet.
This will save you a lot of troubleshooting time in the future.
Good luck,
