electrical problems sc430
Based on the number of things that all went wrong, I assumed it was a flood car.
How high was the waterline inside the car? Was it up to the center console, or was it halfway up, or only a couple of inches? Depending on how high the water went, helps eliminate which modules were affected.
I think you have one of three problems (or maybe all three)
Option #1 If you are lucky, it is a rusty ground, which is messing up your electrical system. If you fix this, then your systems will come back. Cross your fingers and look at this grounding diagram.

Option #2, Your wire harness connectors are corroded. You need to disconnect them and spray Contact Cleaner in them. You need to clean them REALLY well.
Option #3 This is most likely your problem, since the problems started 6 months after the flood. The corrosion from your contacts, are eating their way up the wires. The wires are bad and unfixable. The solution is to scrap the car, or replace your wiring harnesses. It is possible you can just splice them above the waterline, but that is not a definite solution and a lot of electrical work.
Again, if you are lucky, it is option number 1.
Did you say you sold the car? I am inferring from your post that the buyer wants you to warranty the car. Since these problems are going to plague the car forever as more and more wires go bad, you may want to work out a deal with the buyer and take the car back. Then you can part out the car to recoup your initial investment.
They aren't replaceable, per say, but you can clean and re-seat them. You will typically find them throughout the vehicle, anywhere there is a wiring harness. There are a lot, so this is a monumental task. Begin with cleaning the ones below the flood line, but as Daryl said above, the water and corrosion can travel along a wire or wiring harness.
Cleaning will require electrical contact cleaner, compressed air, small pipe cleaners, tiny brushes, eye loupes (to magnify things), and a whole lot of time and patience!

Hope this helps...
But from the questions you are asking and the fact you skipped the cleaning option, I think it maybe better if you go to an automotive electrical expert. You can google one near you. These guys work with car electrical systems and are awesome. They will be able to pinpoint your problems and help you decide on the best route to take. It might cost you a little money, but at least you can find out what your problem is. Chances are, having them look at your car will cost you less than a brand new Anti Theft Module
