Can you guys weigh in on what you believe my issue is with my driver side window:

On my 2002 SC430 the driver side window will go down and will not comeback up. Several days later it will all of a sudden come up. If I let it down again it will not come back up. Several days later it will again come up.

I do not know if this is a switch issue or regulator/motor issue. I can not believe it is the motor because the window goes down with no problem and intermittently go back up.

Right now it is stuck in a down position.

Let me know what you think as I do not want to start throwing a bunch of money at the wrong diagnosis

It could be an ecu issue. But it is in my opinion most likely a motor. Find one on ebay.

Paul thanks for weighing in. Do you think it is the motor over the regulator. I mean the window goes down with no problem
