Default power window not moving?

Hi everyone.

So, ever since I had my sc400, my driver side power window never worked. The lady I bought the car off of said that the window never went up, only down. And eventually the passenger side did the same. So I ordered a used power window switch, which is working fully again on the passenger side, and the driver side window doesnt move. I hear the motor moving for about 1.5 seconds. Then come to a stop and the window will budge/shake a very little amount. Wether I switch it up or down.

So I was wondering if there is a power window regulator stop screw or something

check your window regulator, or the wiring at the door, it's said that they have the tendency to get cut and have a weak connection, but if the motor is moving but the window isn't then you need a new regulator or motor unit, I had the rubber thing inside the motor broken but my tab and motor still worked.oh yeah make sure the tab on the regulator isn't broken too. PS. Have fun getting the regulators in and out of the door! it took me a long time to do mine at first but now i'm able to get two regulators out within 15 minutes.

Check that the window isn't rubbing against the trim then go on to do what SC4Paulo mentioned.
