My car is 2004 year and it have the worth light with oem headlights. Recently I have bought 06+ headlights and it have same problem. So I decided to change lens modules on optima professional bi led modules.
Oem reflector was burned and that's the cause of bad light.
Changing lens modules.
New bi led modules
Now I have two high beam lights, stock and led. Also changed all bulbs on led.
Also, I love the VIP look of your car. Can you give wheel/tire specs? (size, offset, etc) Did you have to roll or trim the fenders?
It's winter setup, tires 235/45-18, wheels tanabe 8,5' and 9,5', offset i don't remember. I have spacers in front because of supra brakes, I didn't roll fenders, but I have adjusting camber arms.
Summer wheels are 19', woodbell 9' and 10', offset 20 and 25.

Thanks! Sorry to hijack the thread, but 1 last question... Do you notice a difference in ride quality from the 18s to 19s? Is it still comfortable with the 19s?
Ok, now back to the lighting. You have 2 sets of highbeams now? Did you have to modify the housing or did they just bolt right in? What kind of wiring did you have to do?

18s a little more comfortable than 19s. But I love 19s more.
Yes i have 2 highbeams now. I modifed the housing because our car is rare and adapters for our headlight doesn't exist. All wires are connected into the headlight housing.
I used bi led modules, other guys from sc club in Russia use bi xenon modules, there is no much difference, both type of modules lightning very good.
My friend did it with bi xenon Link
I think someone did work on my head lights already. It appears lows are LED (very bright - white/blue) and the highs are more yellow. So far so good...but it's an area I'm a little nervous about as it appears to be a lot more complex than run of the mill headlights.
