So my mother just purchased a 2006 SC with 102k miles. The passenger side window will not allow you to roll the window up/down....BUT you can control it from the drivers master switch with no issues, as well as the key remote. Please advise what I should be looking for to reset or repair it. Thanks in advance! It’s a beaut!
Is the driver’s window lock switch depressed? I’m not meaning it’s sad, I mean it pressed down or in its active position. In the graphic below, the down arrow is pointing to the window lock switch (with a ‘X’ stenciled on it), whereas the second arrow is pointing to an indicator light within the passenger window switch. By depressing the windowlock switch again, the button pops up, and the passenger window is unlocked.
Wow, that car looks to be in really good shape. The leather looks to be in primo shape.
I agree with VVTiBob, check the window lock first. However, that shouldn't be the problem since that lock should disable the driver's side button also.
It is possible that the connector was disconnected on the arm rest or something like that. The switch panel can be popped up to check. (It's a little fuzzy to me right now whether there is a window ECU on the passenger side. I'll have to check to see if I have any pictures of it.)

If The window works, the only thing I can think of is the lock button is pushed in.
Try pressing the button to allow the passenger to lower or raise the window.
Hope this helps.
May I add, if mother does not have a physical copy of owner’s manual and she is savvy with a computer, tablet or other device, she, or you, can go to the Lexus Drivers Website, create an account and get a virtual or online owner’s manual. All for free. There are a lot of buttons with multiple functions that have icons for labels, rather than words.
In addition, you can also read the service history of the car by its VIN (vehicle identification number). The service history is only from dealers, not independent garages, unless previous owner(s) took the time and effort to enter the maintenance history.
Thank you everyone for the advice. She has all manuals and car is in almost mint condition.
I will try these ideas out to see if they fix the issue and report back.
