Unhappy 03 LX-470 Window problem

Window problem. Can roll down the driver's side rear window by fiddling with switch (auto-down does not work) but can not get it to come back up. The window works fine from the driver's switch and with the key functions. Is het switch going bad and does the jam protection need to be programmed.

My GS rear passenger side window has a similar issue. The master window switch for that passenger window has actually become loose. The service department looked at it and unfortunately, the whole piece has to be replaced - $400 is about what it's going to cost. Needless to say, I just don't roll down that window.

I would bet that the plastic switch is not making the connection on the circuit board. Is your switch loose like mine?
