RIP Hank - thanks buddy....
Drunk driver smashed my SC last weekend. “Hank” was the funnest convertible ever! Damn it! And yes the RX was totaled too. The only RX I’ve seen with the multi panel sunroof!

Cars were parked. Have a company Car as well. I plan to do another SC for sure. It’s just a perfect convertible for me. Will do an 06, love the Lights and 6 speed gearbox really needed....unless there’s someone out there who doesn’t like the 06 vs the 1 st gen SCs. I’d love to hear about that!

Yeesh, it's not even mine and I'm heartsick to see this. I can't imagine the emotional roller-coaster you've been through, BG. Hope the insurance company is fair to you. Let us know what you do for your next SC. I wholeheartedly agree with your assessment of the 06+ models. We have the 06 and love the upgrades.

Rear bumper and quarter panel damage, plus what Harold said, probably a bent rear axle and they may have to replace trunk hinge which is not cheap. I know of someone not that long ago who had a pristine '07 SC that was rear ended, it looked like minimal damage, but because both trunk hinges had to replaced the insurance company concluded that the SC was totaled.
