Leaving Saturday for a trip to VA to spend time with son and his (new to him) 2005 SC430. Planning on taking my iPad which has the Carista app and my ELM 327 Wi-Fi Interface.. Will I be able to customize the SC430 as I can on the LS460L. If I can customize the SC 430 what type of customizing would be recommended? Any thoughts or recommendations would be apricated.

The sc430 is not, and they have no plans too. It will still do all the basic stuff, but none of the extra things like for the ls etc.i own the app from way back when you paid only once to have the app for life.

Thanks I was on their web page yesterday. I guess I did not realize that you could do nothing on the SC's with the app. Oh well 2 less items to haul to VA.

This thread :https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sc4...-my-02-sc.html post #2 has a PDF of all the customizable settings for the 02-05 SC430. But they are done by the dealer or someone who has the Techstream software to interface with the car. There are many threads about Techstream in our forum.
