TPMS Testing and Programming with TechStream 2002-2006
I now have a 2005 and luckily it came with working TPMS and I rely on them heavily when the outside temperature changes. It keeps me aware of when I need air. Get sensors, especially if you run without a spare like me!!!

Celebrating Lexus & Toyota from Around the Globe
OEM numbers:
1) 42607-24122 or 42607-24120
2) 42607-24112 or 42607-24110
3) 42607-24102 or 42607-24100
4) 42607-24092 or 42607-24090
Colours: red, white, gold and blue.
Where I can buy them?
OR
Because I could not buy the sensors (OEM numbers: 1) 42607-24120, 2) 42607-24110, 3) 42607-24100, 4) 42607-24090)… I think about replacement of control module in my SC430. Perhaps replacing the old Lexus SC430 Tire Pressure Receiver Control Module (89760-24020, 2002 OEM) with the newer Tire Pressure Receiver Control Module (89760-24051, 2009 OEM) could make a difference? That way, the sensors might be available... I’m looking for compatible system with PMV107K sensors for Europe car. I tried to connect module 89760-24051 to my sc430 and I had 2 errors c2126 (not all sensors were in good conditions) and c2179 - it is a problem!!
Techstream after connected new tpms ecu…
Could you help me?
Best regards, M.
– procrastination is a sin!Well, another one for you and those with the TPMS conundrum – I couldn't help but look up the details printed/molded on the sensor and decided to ask AI to help decipher. I thought all along that these were made by Denso (out of stock anyway), but Pacific is new to me. AI says, I could buy 4 of the Pacific PMV-1001 and use a Techstream to program the 4 slots. Have you or anyone in the threat done that? Lexus wants a lot for these sensors and I think the Pacific version is about 1/2. Thanks for your help.
It looks like they do sell the color coded sensors, but they are more expensive then the OEM ones from the dealer.

What year is your SC430 and do you have the color-coded or all black TPMS sensors?
Personally, I haven't done what you asked, BUT -- I've heard that Costco now has aftermarket (don't know brand) TPMS sensors and the capability to program them.
It ALL DEPENDS on the Costco, whether or not they have that capability to install and program or not -- so I would call your local Costco(s) and ask.
I've also seen owners opt to use/install aftermarket ones that are supposed to go on a trailer/RV and install the box-unit that displays individual psi for each tire into their ashtray "cubby" so it's hidden behind door.
We know our "Red" sensor is out, and live with the light -- my OCD had to let that one go

Sometimes the light goes out for a while, then back on. For the price of OEMs (even on sale, which another sale just ended yesterday), it's not worth it to us since we have to check individual tire psi anyway to make sure all tires are good.
I just gave Costco (in the Dallas/Fort Worth area) a ring and their answer was – for my model year SC430, I'd need to buy the sensors from Lexus, the local Costco could install and reset for $15 a wheel +$40 for rotation and balance – would end up costing me around $500, all in. Thanks for the tip!
