Default Lexus drivers website

Fot the last 11 years I have been using the Lexus Drivers site to check on my service records as well as I have been adding all of my services that I have done my self or had others do. Approx 7 years ago Lexus decided to fix what was not broken. They created a new look for the Lexus Drivers site . When doing that they lost all of my added in records as well as my service records I screamed bloody murder and the took about 3 week and they recovered some but not all. I asked them then when the plan to upgrade in the future to send out a email so I could print my records.
Of course they did not send me an email and they went ahead and changed the entire site They even deleted my user account and password and now you have to register with your email address. The entire site is now awful. I cant see any servce records and now all of my destination folders for e destination are gone as well l . I just dont understand it, They email me almost every month telling me about the new cars and other un-important nonsense . I cant get my air bag recall replaced for my sc430 i cant get the new dash fior my GX470 I just get stall after a stall. Now there are recalls for side curtain bags in my GX470. The dealer is no help at all. The lexus website if anyone is intererested is lexusdrivers.com

Any one else experencing these issues

Yes, it's having issues for last couple of weeks due to an upgrade - several threads about it here.

Lexus says they're working on it

I was able to get my account converted and I can access pretty much the same pages today. They will ask you for a new account name which is an email address.

It seems to be faster and more user friendly.

Try it now.

I have lost all service records I got some of my service records but again many are missing as this happened before when they up dated the site. I did the new account using my email address but no records came up

I logged in tonight and have the problem where none of the dealer services are detailed, but the owner inputs are there. The dealer date of service and mileage is listed, but no service description. Hope they get this fixed!

I added a new logon and my VIN. I see no records at all. I used the chat abd the rep said they know about the problems but don't habe an estimate of when it will be fixed. I'll look again tonight as I have a lot of work to enter.

I have the same problems as you guys. Hope they recover it fully like the old site.

I think they rolled it out way to soon before really testing it. I have lost all my records history and e destination folders . Way to long to correct this with no news forthcoming.

Glad to see I'm not the only one. I must have tried changing my account settings/password three or four times - all to no avail, still can't view anything about my car.

I can see all my records now but there is an error when saving new service items.

The really screwed the pooch on this one. Rolled out a new web site and obviously did not extensively test. I cant even log on from internet explorer 11 and if I use google I cant edit any of my entries or make new ones.

It works for me, had to change my username to an email addy per new requirements.

I was just able to change mine also. You have to change from the user name you chose to an email address. I can now see all my information regarding my car.

It briefly worked for me, but then deleted my vehicle. I tried to re-login and now it says invalid user credentials again.
