I have a 2005 sc430 bought new pebble beach. I have 7600 miles on it really low I only drive it when i can put top down so I really can only use it a few months a year. Would you mind telling me what rate did you get and what was the stated value My car has never been in the rain or snow

Just want to make sure that you are not meaning agreed value when you ask about stated value, and I apologize if you know the difference.

Stated value in the insurance world typically results in payment of ACV (depreciated value). The payment is the lesser of Replacement Cost and ACV, and the lesser is often ACV. If you are looking for a specific amount of coverage, for example $25,000, and the underwriter agrees with you, that will be written on an agreed amount policy and will not take depreciated value into account.

I drive under 4K annually, paid this year $628 (annual) for 1k deductible and basic full/minimum limits insurance coverage.

Can I do better with the stated value? (02, 58k miles)
