I just had a new custom exhaust system put on my 2007 sc430 (video link below). I absolutely love it and I am looking to get new headers now. I saw PPE made headers for lexus V8's for the models up till 2005. I was wondering if someone could help me in locating headers for newer models. Also, any input on performances gains/losses and change in sound to what I already have would be greatly appreciated.

All 02-10 use the same header.

 

Another member has brought to my attention a new group buy for CL vendor PPE Headers may be in the works for our SC430s. He forwarded the PM and they indicate the vendor will be posting a new GB within a week or so.
FIGS Engineering has held group buys for their PPE Headers in the past, here's the link: PPE Headers previous group buy info While the buy specifically mentions 02-05 model years, please contact the vendor regarding years 06-10.

are these newly redesigned to eliminate the valve knocking noise that plagued the other PPE Headers?

 

I've been asking around to other CL members that have bought them to see if they have the ticking noise, but no one has responded. I have, however, only seen that one person had that problem.

 

There were 2 members with problems. I-Force and Swishh and both said issue got progressively louder over time.
