I need to replace my O2 sensor but can't remove the old one. I bought a crow's foot O2 socket for it and sprayed it with PB Blaster and let it sit for about 10 minutes without any luck. I was thinking of putting a pipe on the end of my wrench to get more leverage. Will anything bad happen if I apply too much pressure to get it off? Any other recommendations? A shop said they will charge $40 to replace it for me, which isn't bad, but it seems so easy that I want to do it myself.

In a worse case scenario, if the threads in the exhaust manifold pipes strip, then they have to be replaced. I had this problem on my Toyota Highlander and took it to the dealer. After a half day in the shop they called and said I had to replace the exhaust pipes. I said no, picked up the car and took it to another shop. They broke it loose in about 10 minutes. Good Luck!
I just went through this with the front drivers side oxygen sensor. I ended up stripping the hex, so I had to take the manifold off. By the time I drilled and chiseled out the old sensor, my threads were damaged. I had to weld in a new bung.
I tried heating it with a propane torch but looking back I think it needed more heat.

So I'm guessing my small butane lighter won't do the trick? lol I need to get under my car for something else, so I'll attempt 1 more time then take it to a shop if unsuccessful.
