Default 19" BBS LM rims

My friend recently sold his SC400 which were wearing 19" BBS LM style rims.

All I know is that they are 19" rims 8.5" front and 9.5" rear but I'm not sure what the offset are.

What would be an ideal offset for the SC430 with 19" rims so it will not rub when lowered?

I am planning to slightly lower her with coilovers but not ground scraping low.

What is the ideal rubber size?

He wants to sell them to me for about $1000.00 AUD without rubbers (as the rubbers are worn).

Or should I go with 20" rims?

I like to stick with the BBS mesh style rims.

Anyone here running them can put up some pictures with them on?

Offset is key.. I would suggest you find out what they are. I'm a sucka for some LM's tho. Love the wheel.

$1000.00 AUD is about $1070 USD......That is expensive for a set of BBS LM Replica. How much for new in Australia??

Everything is more expensive in Australia. BBS replicas are about $2000 brand new in Aussie land.

The real BBS LM are around $8000 AUD, about $2k each side!

He believes that they are real because when he imported his Soarer (SC400) from Japan they came with the BBS wheels.

It has a small BBS stamped on the face of the wheels.

His Soarer was his daily drive and the wheels has been on his car for about 4 years now and has no problem what so ever.

I wouldn't do it...buy some new ones. Not a fan of used wheels-too much can go wrong. The fact that he doesn't know the offsets is perplexing. I'd buy new or find something else.

If you love the "spyder" look of a wheel, there are tons of mesh style wheels in 20" staggered for around the same price.

Here are some for you:

I've got a set of BBS LM 20's for about half off in great shape, and come with tires:

Just a heads up.
