Turning auto-lock off? (where doors lock automatically)
My SC 430 locks itself after some time has passed, seems to be 30-60 seconds or so.
Is there a way to disable this, so that the doors only lock if I manually lock it?

I don't believe there is a way to turn this function completely off. However there may be. I posted a PDF file in another thread with all the customizable function. Here is the thread : https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sc-...-my-02-sc.html
There are several pages to the document to look through for auto locking feature.

Thank you. I saw a setting "Auto Lock Delay" - however it seems you need some sort of diagnostic tool to access this control panel? Is there any way an owner can adjust these settings or is this something only the dealer can do?

No the dealer has to do it unless you have a few thousand bucks to pick up a lexus diagnostic scanning tool. Most dealers will do this gratis as part of the lexus service if you ask them nicely.
