My S & S headers are finally here!!!!
Today I came home from work to see a S & S box sitting on the steps,
I'm going to swing by the Lexus dealer and see if they have the gaskets in stock. If all goes well I will start the install in this week and report back.
Any tips and tricks from the vets will be appreciated; I have read and reread all the post regarding installing these on our V8's.
Wish me luck!

Make sure you buy the passenger side O2 sensor (not driver side) if you plan on not splicing the stock one on the driver side header. I picked one up at Autozone for ~$80. Also make sure you buy 4 gasket total, 2 upstream and 2 downstream gaskets. The bolt that is welded onto one of the flanges, if you can (with a dremel), I'd remove it and put in your own nut and bolt. That welded on made installation a bit difficult...but you might be just fine with enough time and dexterity. I drove my car up on ramps because you'll be spending alot of time under the car and will need all the room you can get. If you run into anything specific, let me know. I just did this a month ago so I still remember all the minor things might/will come up.
Good luck with the install. If you're handy with tools, you'll probably get it down in less time than I did :P

Congrats Tommy, you will enjoy the performance.
Tips: Bolt up headers first. Bolt up cats to headers by themselves. This will minimize stress on the tubes and ensure a nice tight exhaust seal. Then bolt up the down pipes and the mount from the cats to the trans.

update:
Well, I have successfully removed the passenger side header, sadly the hardest part was taking off the dam heat shield, that thing was a pita to take off. I am bruised and battered and I am calling it a night.
So far I have 5 hours invested in this project and the end is nowhere in sight
I will keep everyone updated, just from looking at the old vs new I can see where the oem header lacks, the only thing that has be worried is that the new headers look 1/2 in longer.

I'm done!!!!!!!!!

I finished up everything and the car runs great, I ended up just extending the drivers side O2 sensor by a few inches and it worked. I took it out for a drive tonight and the car feels much more responsive, I guess I was expecting a little too much at the beginning but over all its a great mod!
Total time was 11 hours, including the time it took me to cut and solder the O2 sensor.
I will post pictures and a full write up later on.
