Buddy, I would rather run up a large abrupting volcano buck naked than to have to change the fogs on this car again.

Seriously, it is not an easy task, discussed here a great many times. Everything done by hand, not by sight which adds to the frustration. I just took the bumper off my last time.
Accessible from down below. I might have a pic to post so you know what your fingers are touching up there in the void of darkness

If you need instructions on how to remove the bumper, PM me with your email so I can send the attachment. As my baby is being born in 2 hours, make it quick, it may be a wait after.

Do yourself a favor and just take the front bumper off. From what i remember there are 2 bolts on the grill, 2 bolts in each fender liner, 1 bolt on each bumper corner and then like 15 bolts underneath. Someone here posted a diagram, do a search and you'll find it.

Hey Lee, great to see you on CL here and there again... I thought we lost you a while back. Congratulations on the baby-Pearlpower Was he/she born with a 10mm socket-wrench in-hand?

Question: one of my fogs keeps going out, and when I gently kick it, it comes back on. Before I remove my bumper, should I be checking any wires elsewhere for connection-issues? I'd like to check everything else prior to taking off the bumper again. What a PITA.

Thanks, sounds to me like a little corrosion on the connectors. Sometimes the connects can just be wiggled back and forth and it will work for a while after. Best solution is to remove, hit it with 2000 grit, and reinstall. I sometimes pinch the wire connector a little more also to ensure a good contact.
Best of luck,
