So I tried installing my fogs today...
But got totally lost. I jacked up the car and took of the skid plates underneath but the 2 screws that hold the light in (screwed thru the rubber seal) WOULD NOT BUDGE. I tried everything and my friend and I could not get them to unscrew. Is that the way you change the fog lights? Has anyone done this mod before? My car is sitting in the garage with the skidplates removed from the bottem and peices in a box if someone could PLEASE point me in the right direction that would be excellent! THANKS!

Maybe I missed it but what year and model car are you working on. Your profile says "1994 GS300". Removal of foglights from those models that have them mounted in the bumper does not require removal of the bumper.

Grand you got it! I realized I had a IS300 AND A LS400 without updating my profile lol
I have a Black 99 LS400. I looked around the engine bay but due to my ethnic handicap ( ) I can't figure out how to remove the bumper. Have any of you guys done it before? I want to remove the bumper so I can install the fogs and clear the corners.

OK to remove your fogs you need to undo the small screw at the side of the reflector beside the fogs.
Then remove the other Phillips screw holding the fogs to the one bracket on the bumper then they just swivel out.
No need to get under the car to access the fogs.
Good luck
