Navigation system works fine, but the door will not shut. Tilt also does not work. Any suggestions on trouble-shooting.

 

You might check to see if they have a common fuse. If so, the fuse may be blown. Does the stereo door shut?

 

The stereo door works fine. A fuse was my first thought, but I did not see one in the owners manual for the navigation door. I will try checking them all when I get back in the US. Thank you all for any advice!

 

There was a thread about this while back, search it up. A little motor sits up top, could be stuck or bad.
