This is really weird..

Okay.. so im driving and i stop and get gas...

And all of a sudden the back light out indicator is on... so i check and it seems the left back light .. (when you press the brakes) is out..

So im thinking its a bad bulb.. and then like 30min later.. i turn on the car and start driving.. and it goes away.. and then like 20min later it turns on again..

Whats going on with it?? is it a bad bulb.. or fuse.. or what could it be?

Please all jokes aside

I have been reading your posts and I dont think I have ever met a CL member with so many problems in one car. The Lexus sc430 has a reputation for being a very trouble free car. It seems that you have stumbled into perhaps a lemon. I would like to ask you one question. With all of your posts and strange problems have you been able solve any of them You said your windows stopped working and your license plate bulb is blowing fuses . You said you heard a loud noise when you turn the wheel. What Iam getting at is if your having all of these problems are you getting any of them fixed ? My humble opinion is that you should really get your car inspected by a qualified lexus shop. You may have some very serious problems that may get very costly to repair.

About the bulb, it might just be that the bulb has worked its way loose and is wobbling in there, you said you know which bulb it is, right? Just remove the light and check the bulb and socket.....

Would that be the only solution..

I mean.. how many times.. has a bulb just poped outta the socked like that and screwed itself back in to make it work and screwd out agian?

If you changing from regular incandescent bulbs to LED . The LED have a polarity that must be observed . If when you put one into the socket it does not light then just turn the bulb 180 degrees and re-insert it , The bulb will only work with the correct polarity

the bulb filaments are thin and brittle. it is possible the fialment is cracked and comming apart with heat or vibration and comming back together. change the bulb and check the bulb socket for corrosion and proper fit.
