Default emblem removal

I want to replace the rear with black pearl emblem, is it a glue type or screw or pin?

I noticed some SC with the stock grill with no emblem how do you do that, If I remove the front emblem is there a gap on the grill or does it look clean grill like I see on some SCs

Grille first. All models up to '05 have the 'L' stuck on, and can be removed. It's just a matter of blacking out (permanent marker, etc) the plastic tab where it mounts; that makes it pretty much invisible. The '06 has the 'L' built into the grille.
All emblems can be removed except the 'L' on the back, which has 2 pins, and the corresponding holes in the trunk. That's the only one I left, because it's also indented into the trunk, and would look like crap without it. It's pretty easy to remove if you just want to replace it with a black chrome one. Just remove all the adhesive before sticking the new one on. Good luck.

Fishing line and a hair dryer makes it easier for removing the ones on the back. Heat them up real good and then work the fishing line in like dental floss.

As our old buddy, Larry (now long gone) suggested, mint-flavored dental floss works best.
