Can you be more specific? Does air not come out of them (bad actuator) or you can't direct the air the direction you want (bad vent) or the little slide goes back and forth, but the inside doesn't move?

They are a ClubLexus Vendor and will even give you a discount if you mention ClubLexus.com (or at least they used to)
They should be able to tell you if they can still get the parts. Otherwise you will have to go to the recycled market via ebay

The plastic parts on the left of the NAV screen that make the air go left and right and up and down have crumbled with the Sun. I just need the black plastic duct with the moving parts Found one on eBay for 50 bucks. I'm sure Toyota gets a fortune for it and they have probably been sitting on the shelf for 15 years.
