Open door indicator
Strange problem. I did a search and did not find anything. My indicator that the door is opened stays on even when the doors are shut and the car is off.

Strange indeed. That light indicates a door open condition. If a door was open the interior roof light would come on if the control switch was in the "Door" posiition. This would deplete the battery in a day or so, Even if the switch was in the off position the door light would come on (along with the "Lexus" logo sill light) . Photos below :
I would check to see if any of the lights were on. If it were a bad door pin switch, the door with the lights on (even with the door closed) would be the side with the bad switch. You could test these switches by opening a door and checking to see if the door lights came on. You can actuate the door pin switch manually with your finger, too. Remember that there is a light delay and fade out. If the door lights work OK but the dash "Door Open" indicator is still on, then it's some type of wiring or CPU problem.

James Coyle of the Leus SC Owner Group on FB solved it for me. I had already checked both doors and switches. He told me to check the trunk lid. It was close but not latched. I didn't think the trunk was on the door circuit. When your trunk is down it looks closed because it is heavy. The switch must be in the latch.

I posted late and was thinking the same thing as dozed off. With the trunk not fully latched closed you wouldn't even see the trunk lights on. Glad it's resolved!
