A few years ago I was building a drag SC300 that never came to be. I sent the front spindles to Strange and they custom built the mounting brakets to work with their calipers and rotors. Kit has never been installed, been safely sitting in a box in my office ever since. I'm told these spindles will bolt right in to a JZA80 Supra chassis as well. Includes right and left spindles, calipers, rotors, brackets and wheel studs.
Hi, thanks for the interest. The official answer would have to be "no". These are designed to be lightweight drag brakes. They will stop great at the track (dragstrip, not road course) but in general they are not designed to deal with repeated heavy stops. The lighter they are the less mass they have to absorb heat, etc. That said, I've used similiar brake packags on street/strip cars before. But it certainly isn't something you'd want to strap on your mom's car and have her drive cross-country. And you definitely wouldn't want them on any type of car that is lapping and braking over and over (drift, road course, etc).
