Question 92 SC400 Misfiring under load

I just finished up a timing/water pump as well as EGR delete job, did all my block offs but didn't install a resistor.
Once I got everything back together it started misfiring only while over a certain rpm. That rpm has varied at first it was around 1900 then went up to about 2900.
Later I unplugged the left bank camshaft sensor and it revved out fully in park however while driving only went up to 3000.
I threw a sensor on from a 95 ls400 to no avail, ended up sputtering around 2100 and I disconnected the sensor again for the drive home.
However on the drive home last night it revved all the way to around 4000 while driving with the sensors disconnected with no misfires except one.
This has absolutely stumped me, I have yet to test my cam sensors although I will soon. I've also heard reports of MAF and coolant temp sensors causing similar issues.
The car has a couple of codes the only one that is new since the job is code 13 RPM Signal no. 2.
Other Codes:
21
24
31
52
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Code 13 RPM signal is notorious for jumped timing/incorrectly installed T-belt off TDC. I have had 3 SC400's with code 13. One was a t-belt installed off by 2 teeth on each cam (which is fairly common 1uz T-belts are a PITA) one was a jumped belt, and the other was cam sensor wiring. Get those cam sensors/related harnesses checked and insure you are on TDC. I would not be surprised (since you are saying 13 is new from recent surgery on the car) if your timing is off.

Timing is two teeth off on the left cam, and recently jumped two teeth on the right cam as well. Regardless of the position I put it at by taking off the tensioner and adjusting, it keeps jumping. I'll have to pull my crankshaft pulley and everything off again to get it in time more than likely.
