Default Fuel pump relay

Pump runs with 12 volt+ and ground applied to a spliced pump connection ,nothing else is wired to pump .

I need help with what I need to do to wire it easily to a 12 v source either the battery or some place easy to find how many amp relay etc if i have to use a toggle switch to cut on and off then thats ok but was hoping it be put somewhere where it would on and off with key
So is there no power at the fuel pump ecu?

the car doesn't start the pump just runs i made a mistake when I typed that ...how to check the ecu?
