So here is my tail lights with a color mod in the works. Ideas while I got them open? What is the hands down best way to stop hyperflash if I go LED crazy?

Tint or vinyl will shrink when you heat the lights up to glue them back together. I ended up using Tamiya paints for RC cars to smoke the reverse lens. I have my concerns about them fading in the sun, so I'll probably shoot everything with Spraymax 2k clear once I'm done.
Spray the smoke lighter than you would want, then install them. I sprayed it until I got the desired look I wanted, but once I put the lens back on it was too dark for my liking.
How many coats of smoke did you do? Is it difficult to visually see the white warning lights when the car is put in reverse? I'm going 2 coats of the smoke, tops, then the 2k clear too.

That was 2 coats. First one was heavier than necessary.
That picture was taken last night. I don't know about light output since the lights aren't assembled yet. I still need to find a red paint that will match.
Did you try to bleach out the yellow reverse lights? Wonder how you can get those to be pure white.
I did some more research into this, and I don't think it's possible. I've had my spare lights soaking in a hydrogen peroxide solution for a few days, and there is almost no change. The lens has yellowed all the way though and it's still smooth.
The good news is, this part is fairly simple and could be thermal formed to make a replacement part similar to what clear corners does for their tail lights.
As for hyperblink, there are four methods, but three that have been confirmed to work on the 92-94:
1. Shave the resistor - https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sc-...ml#post9906362
2. Solder in diodes - https://www.clublexus.com/forums/per...ml#post5470969
3. Add resisters behind each led - most expensive route
4. Purchase a new flasher relay. I've tried the common 3 prong relay, but it did not work on my '92. I hear that there is a 5 pin relay out there somewhere, but I did not see it when I was looking. I have also not seen anyone use one successfully. - This was mentioned in this thread https://www.clublexus.com/forums/per...llights-6.html - If a link to the amazon relay is posted, I will edit this post again.
EDIT: #4 has been confirmed to NOT work.
I chose #2
I have leds in all the flashers (front and back) and don't have any issues.
Maybe if he has access to a 3D scanner, scan the lens, and 3D print a new pair in a clear material
A frosted plastic might work, but then you would run into issues of how the printed plastic will disperse the light. It might look really weird when illuminated.
