Ok guys don't roast me for this. I have a 93 SC400 with 205K. recently i have notice squeking when going over speed bumps or bumps in general. From what i here my coil springs just need to be replced. Ok i was also looking at these sport shocks on ebay. Item # 2418070327. But my question is do these cars have shocks or struts and if so what would be a good replacement for them. Thanks

 

yes those tokico hp's will be fine. There really arent many different choices for our cars unless you want to go with supra suspension. Depending if you want to lower the car or not, you could go with stock springs and stock shocks, stock springs & tokico's, and if you do want to lower the most popular combination seems to be the eibach kit with the tokico hp's. With that many miles on your car you may want to consider replacing the bushings and strut mounts if they have never been replaced.

 

Thanks for the reply. So our cars do have shocks and not struts, cool. I have replaced my bushings and upper and lower control arm also.
