Default what to expect from 137k

I'm considering purchasing a 92 with 137k auto. Is there anything to look out for as far a maintenance problems down the road, or tranny problems

Timing belt and water pump is usually replaced at 90,000 mile service so check whether that is done.
My Lexus dealership charges $850 for that. In addition, whether the owner has done a 120K maintenance service ($700). If the owner does regular maintenance services, a Lexus will last a long time.
