i installed a rx300 wheel and bag and now i have air bag code 12? does anyone know what this means code 12 is high resistance in circuit

 

I don't know what exactly that means or how to safely measure the resistance without blowing the bag, but you could try disconnecting it and placing a 2 ohm 1/4 watt resistor on the harness side and see if that defeats the light. If it does, then you've confirmed that the issue is with the airbag, as opposed to something that went wrong during the swap.
