I just opened up the file on my computer (I opened the SC3_SPC_92_I9_RevC.SLDPRT file). Everything is there as it's supposed to be. Not sure if you can see the individual features in your program, but the one labeled "Cut-Extrued2" is the cutout for the oil cap. And the curve at the front is just part of the original sketch "Boss-Extrude1". Not sure why it wouldn't be showing up unless for some reason that program isn't able to correctly open these files??

must be with the program, I am not seeing those 2 but I do see the radius-ed edges for some reason.
It could be a learning curve thing, never used this software before or solidworks, my Cad experience is ancient.
I started with the 93 file since that is the exhaust valve cover I have.

Since the vvti cover has more space at the front, thinking of putting a cutout lines in there also.
Could also just square it off instead of the front round edge since the greddy would have to be modified for vvti also.
If I can get the hang of this program later I will try and make a few different options.

Ok, I came up with another idea.
Securing the plug cover down the middle using the vvti coilpack bolt holes, longer bolts and spacers.
And would mount it slightly above the valve cover height so the front wont need the cutouts except for the oil cap.

I did guess on the center hole locations so that will be a test and fit type deal on the first one unless I take some better measurements.

so apparently I have no idea how to actually use this software lol.
If anyone can finish it for me who knows what they are doing let me know.
I'm including a jpeg of what I was thinking.
At least the parts that need updating are in red and alot have been removed.
It could also probably use some tweaks to the vents since its bigger
