Overheating Issues
I have a 1995 sc300 with 228k. I just replaced my radiator, water pump, and thermostat about 4 days ago. Today my car overheated again. Its blowing white smoke, and my upper radiator hose is ballooning and not flowing coolant. I dont think my reservoir is flowing either. No oil in my coolant, or coolant in my oil. Car is running unbelievably rough as well. Almost wont start, and stutters during acceleration. Please help
I hope this is not too late, but did you properly bleed the system after you installed everything? These cars are finicky. They never get all the air out of the system until the front end of the car is up in the air high enough that the front wheels are off the ground almost 6in or more

First question is why did you change those items?
Did something go wrong previously?
White smoke might be water passing past the head gasket straight to the piston/s
Ballooning radiator hose might be because there is pressure in the Coolant system - because of the blown head gasket.
Take the radiator cap off and see if the car runs better. See if the radiator hose stops ballooning.
Take a note of how much radiator fluid you have lost if any. ( I expect you will have lost coolant)
It sounds like a head gasket has blown.
