has anyone here installed extended rear wheel studs on the back of their sc? I installed some gold pin extended studs on the front and it was pretty straight forward because there was room behind the hub to get a new stud on. on the back of the car the ebrake assembly and back of the hub get in the way so there is no way to fit the extended stud behind the hub and get it through the stud hole.
did you guys take the hub apart and do the wheel bearing while you were at it? or should I just chop 5mm off my extended stud to make them fit back in there haha.

I was stumped at first, too. Someone finally pointed out the right way to do it with no extra disassembly. When you rotate the hub, you'll find a spot where you can push the stud out the back side and wiggle it free. Same thing in reverse to install the new one, unless your extended studs are much longer than the ones I used. It's embarrassingly easy once you see it the first time. My mechanic groaned, too.

You can rotate it and find a spot. There is also a how to on Supraforums that explains how to do it. I ended up drilling a small hole on the brake dust cover and inserting mine through there when I did them.
