Has anyone installed extended wheel studs on the CT200H? Or does anyone have alldata access or the Lexus shop manual to confirm if the hub has to be removed in order to change them out. Some cars have an area by the dust shield that allows you to swap them out one by one by hammer tapping and then just re installing with a lug nut to pull it through. Thanks in advance

I think you can check sewells website. It looks like you can just hammer out the studs out.
