I was on the way to the gym this morning, rolled the window down a bit, it slowly sunk a bit then stopped. Then would not roll up.
I cancelled my trip to the gym and pulled it in the garage. It literally started raining at the same time the window broke.
After getting the door panel off i saw that the motor and cable seemed to be fine, what the problem is it seems is that white piece that acts as a brake of sorts that sits along the rail right under window, the cable runs through it, and it has a foam piece on the end. One side had weak grip on the rail, the other was cracked. I destroyed it removing it.
Does anyone have one of these they would like to sell me? What about LS400's? We have two in our local pick a part. Anyone know if those will work?
Your regulator definitely broke. I have 92 - 94 Driver regulator and 95-00 Driver regulator. Year matters, the bolts are different alignment. Ill pm you
