Default help clarifying some 1.5jz questions

Ok i read on another site that the 2jz gasket does not sit correctly on the 1jz head so you have to drill out a new hole, is this correct? Can anyone elaborate on this? Going to get my head checked to see if its warped you think the machine guy can do this? Im using my head off of my soarer 1j and using a 2j long block this should all work correctly. Sorry if these are annoying questions i just want them all cleared up before i go spending cash lol i have heard this is a very simple non exspensive swap so any tips to make it even more easier please let me know.
