Default Duraflex V-Speed Body Kit?

Is this a knock of kit? It's pretty cheap for like 400 bucks, and it looks nice.

http://www.carid.com/1993-lexus-sc-body-kits/duraflex-body-kit-300133.html

I'm thinking about getting it for my SC400 but don't know yet. Would I run into any problems when buying this kit? What modifications would be needed to fit right in place?
But lastly should I buy this thing? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I think I've seen this kit before. It looked really weird and fit poorly compared to the original if I'm not mistaken. I would stay away from it.

Kingshawty's link is a good way to find out if a kit is worth buying or not. Lots of good info about the kits and what to look out for.

Yeah, it does look alright in the picture. I'm pretty sure this was the kit I saw that had a funny looking front grille. The grille's location on the bumper was too high up compared to the real front bumper.

I found a post in Kingshawty's link:

I got it from a friend for $100 so im not really bummed.

Yeah the pictures on their website are NOT of the duraflex kit. They are of a different kit that costs thousands and actually fits well.

The duraflex kit have the grill located in a differen area, do not fit flush against the hood, and in general are of poor build quality and prone to cracking like stated above. Stay away, as the product they advertise on their website IS NOT what you receive in the mail.

I am having that Duraflex V-Speed bumper painted and installed this week. The body shop I am taking my Lexi to put out one of the best body work I've seen so far. Which is why I'll be driving a 3 hour roundtrip for. So I can give you follow-up details and forward the pictures and stuff. I'll be making a thread.
