Default Poor Performance

I recently acquired a1993 sc300 with 195k I changed fuel pump, fuel filter, cleaned iacv, full tune up with wires plugs cap rotor.
The issue I am having is the car feels like it doesn't have any power at all. Almost in limp mode, but sometimes the car runs great(not often) Feels like it bogs down and when I go wot it feels like it wants to cut off. I have the fuel pump relay jumped in the diag. Port inside engine bay car overall runs really bad. I'm at a loss. Any help will be useful. Thanks

Any check engine codes. Maybe I missed it. Then go from there.

Did you try the Fuel pump ECU bypass?

FYI, nobody can give expert advice with the information you gave us. You didn't mention if there's a CEL, and many SC's run rough. Could be a number of things but since you replaced some of the parts that would cause issues like this, it gives less parts to work with which is good for you. First, check up for a CEL, if there isnt, tell us. If there is, tell us and pull the code. No use replacing parts and guessing.

My bad...lol. No CEL Yes I did the fuel pump ecu bypass. It's weird. A few times it has allowed me to really push my foot thru the firewall and it hauls *** but the majority of the time it's sluggish I also didn't mention the car sat for about 2 years before I started doing any work. Any chance the injectors are clogged

Yes, could very well be dirty gasoline and clogged injectors if the car has been sitting for 2 years. Go to Wal Mart and ****** a bottle or two of injector cleaner and give your SC a dose of that and drive it. See if that changes anything.
