Default Affordable Wheel Ideas ?

I'm looking for a set of rims for my 92 SC300. Should be around the 600-700hp mark this year.

So I'm looking for a set of 4 matching wheels, but the ones in the rear need to allow for a somewhat meaty footprint, and have a "normal" offset. My problem is most of the wheels I see on here have stretched tires and some goofy camber going on, or aren't wide enough to put down the power I'm going for.
.
So, is there anyone else out there like me, people that don't want their car to look like it has broken control arms, people whose main goal is a decent footprint to plant the power yet still look decent, not rub, and not break the bank?

I took this pic from the Wheel thread, and this guys setup is on point. 18" CCW's with 11.5" wide in the rear, no crazy stretch/camber going on to make them not rub, pretty much perfect fitment. Only thing is they're CCW's so probably $3k plus. That's a tough pill to swallow for a guy that's used to not even spending $1k on wheels in the past on my DSM.

The best deal I've found so far are the Enkei PF01's. Looks like on ebay you can get a set for around 1300, 18x10.5 +38 offset for the rear seems decent, but really I think for the fitment like the pic above I might need to be more in the 40's for offset. But still they're about the best deal I've found.

Anyone have any other affordable wheel ideas for my application? For the rears, I'm thinking something around 18x10.5 +40-50 offset. I will roll my fenders but that's about it. I'd like to run 305 tires at least, wider if possible. Anyone have any ideas?

Hey Brandon, find you a set of G35 forged and have them widened? If you want to see how they look, txt and I'll send you a pic from my phone.

Appreciate the pics Steve. Definitely not a bad idea. And well actually opens quite a few doors, because if I find another set of rims that I like but just aren't wide enough, then this could be a solution.

Honestly man, I'll be in the same horsepower dept as you, and traction on 18's and 19's can be a beach.... Im considering going with supra twin turbo wheels and 285-295s on the rear..... if you don't mind some spin, I would take a look at the Varrstoen ES7's that will be coming out soon. Not sure of the price but varrstoen isn't a very pricey company.... and they look forged....

I have the TT wheels, will be putting some DRs on soon. I will be tuning to around 7XXrwhp. The 17s have decent choices for DRs, and are MUCH less expensive than 18" drag radials, while getting better traction as well.

My rears are 19x11+18 with a 305/30. fenders are rolled with a small pull.
I have a GTE/single/V160 and couldnt see running anything streched.

Supra TT wheels are a good choice, especially if you can get them widened. I would recommend Varrstoens but they usually come in low offsets and that might make it hard to fit meaty tires on your car.

TT stocks, or any of the Varrstoen's if you can live with the ridiculous offset's they have for some wheels.

Check out the LM reps too. There is a vendor on the board that sells them dirt cheap.

None of the Varrstoen's I've seen that are wide enough (10"+) have a proper offset for this car. As I said in the original post, not interested in anything with ridiculous offsets or require me to stretch a tire or run some ridiculous camber.

The Enkei PF01's can be had in 10.5" wide with a +38 offset for around 1300 which is a little more affordable than the CCW's. Any other ideas?
