Default Blue Smoke.....Help Needed!

so let me start by saying ive noticed an oil leak problem coming from the oil sump/oil pan as well as oil return line from turbo. today ive noticed that the feed line has oil coming out of my oil in-line filter. then a co worker of mine mentioned that i have blue smoke coming out of exhaust on high rpms.this blue smoke might have been going on for about a week i say. co worker of mine says when im leaving and boosting that trail of blue smoke comes with me haha.
should mention that im still making boost. also valve covers and head arent leaking. as well as no blue smoke while idling.

Questions:
1. could too much oil cause this?
2. could too much oil cause the oil to go up the return line while high rpms, shooting it back into trubo?
3. im only boosting 7psi max , is this enough to cause blown turbo?
4. what should i do? ahhah

any and all help will be much appreciated, thanks.

Usually blue smoke indicates an issue with the valve train somewhere

could be rings starting to go .. how many miles on motor .. if no smoke during idle or startup then valve stem seals in head should be okay .. if smoke directly after free revving/directly after boosting usually indicates turbo seals going

if smoke at the point of wot usually indicates oil rings on piston .. do you have a catch can .. the stock pcv system is not good for boost at all and usually leads to problems

i have no smoke while starting or idle. usually when free revving/blow off valve goes off blue smoke comes out.
so far i heard piston rings and valve seals.
i have no catch can and someone else had recommended that as well. will that help with the stock pcv system?
dont know of how many miles i have on the motor, its a swap that i did.
so i just read where i got my motor, which i should have done before hand and the place has a bad reputation with their motors/trans. craaaap.

How many miles since you did the swap? My guess is your turbo is going. Stock turbos or single aftearmarket?

that could easily be the turbo, what kind are you running and what size oil feed. If you have a normal sized journal bearing turbo and a 4an oil feed, try going down to a 3an and see if it improves. some turbo's will leak if they receive too much oil pressure/flow and a 4an is generally overkill unless its a large turbo.

Its a t61 running a 4an I believe but I also have an in-line oil filter. Could that possibly a cause of it as well?

blue smoke is burning oil, so either your valves are leaking, your piston rings are going out and leaking, or the seals in your turbo are leaking

If it is your turbo (id bet it is), that doesnt mean its "blown" you just need to get a rebuild kit and rebuild it. its super easy, its just 2 bearings and 2 or 3 seals.

you could do a compression test and a leakdown test to make sure its not your rings or vavles.
