SC300 engine question

Does the '97 SC300 have variable valve timing ?

I think they started putting VVTI engines in the SC300's 98, I'm not positive tho

98 was the first year for vvti in all lexus 6/8 cyl engines i believe

Use the mighty search and find what you're looking for in detail. I belive Lexus started putting VVTI with new tranny into the SC3 in the middle of the car year, 1997.
