window switch auto button
Hey All,
I read a few threads about taking apart hte window switches, and i am stuck with getting the Auto button off. Is there any place i can buy a replacement plastic button from for these if i destroy it? From what i've read i have to get a small screwdriver in behind the auto switch and get the tabs out but it seems impossible.
has anyone successfully removed this? I want to replace all the LEDs with red ones

well i was able to get the drivers side switch off, but still ended up cracking the side a bit like the people in this thread:

it is a huge ***** and fenaggling it with a small screw driver eventually yielded results. I wonder how the passenger side will come off though, because it is different and even less accessible. the quest continues!
Once the red LEDs are in i think i will SEM all the pieces black, may as well after all this trouble, and it will cover up the glued cracks too i imagine, though they won't be seen once inside the switch board anyway.
