Default Wierd rotors.

Have you guys seen ebay item 1923989209? They are cross drilled rotors and have a wierd pattern. Is that because they aren't slotten too or because they don't know what they're doing?

Those look like they gave a 5-year old a drill and told him to have at the rotor. But they are made in Canada, "not that China crap". Riiiiight, Nissin doesn't have a clue what they're doing. I'd stay away from them and wait for a deal on Brembos or something a little more reputable.

I would also be cautious about those rotors. They do look to be "home made" deals. In that case there is a good chance the rotors could develop cracks easily.
Brembo is for sure the way to go.

The actual braking surface area is reduced way beyond a normal cross-drilled rotor.

You have less area for the caliper to cover, so less braking power. Unless these are like 14" rotors, the difference between a larger rotor with less surface area and a normal size with the same amount of holes, there's less to be gained from these.

I think Manaray has a brake group buy going. Bigger calipers and rotors (I think cross-drilled) for less than the price of a big brembo set.

The only reason I asked is because they looked funny, like some guy went hole happy.

actually that pattern looks REALLY good. exactly like my brembo big brakes. I'm amazed at how accurate they got it.
