95 SC300, stock tails with spoiler. Yellow lamp failure box.

I've seen a million of these threads while searching but none have explained a method of "re-wiring" or by-passing the box all together. I went through all of the tail lights and found no burnt out bulbs or blown fuses. All of the tail lights work and all of the brake lights work, however, I have NO LEDs on at any time in the spoiler..

Is that a related issue to the lamp failure box?

I took the box apart and discovered no burns or anything out of the norm. Does someone have a link to the schematics or a pin out or what all the wires are going into the box?
