Default help me make it "tight"

So I got a fan/acc belt from autozone for a mk4 supra for my 1jz. I tried fitting the belt over the pulleys and it looks way way to big for it(keeping the a/c). Is there a certain way to wrap this(some majic) or is this just the wrong belt? Will post pics here in a bit.

Please grow up. Do you realize that this is a forum and us members use a lot of abbreviations, 2J being one of them. Please don't go around acting like a know it all man especially if you just joined.

Ajmccarrel is on a personal mission to rid the world of the slang term "2J" when referring to a 2JZ-GE or 2JZ-GTE. It all stems from a childhood memory involving a toyota powered diesel forklift killing a beloved pet, or so I've heard.

He's actually been successful so far. Well, he's managed to **** off a few people anyway

Rock on ajmccarrel

Lets not call people stuff, i'm not a fan of editing threads.
Of course when I hear 2J I instantly think forklift, doesn't everyone else... ???

seriously op you need a 1jz belt, or just measure the belt you need with tape and go to the store, but im sure you can probably find the length online if you search for it.

thats what most people do when they delete accessories and need a different belt than stock.
If you break down the part numbers for most belt manufacturers, you can find a custom length belt in the right witdh pretty easily. I had to do this on a older sc300 I had which someone has changed some pulley and the belt was always an inch too short to slip on the tensioner, so i used to order a custom belt.
all the numbers on the part number for the oem belt stay the same except for the length number.
