Im trying to open my glove compartment in my sc but it wont let me open as i button to "OPEN".

how can i open that? since my all personal stuff in my glove box....



Please help me. i didnt want break it..

 

did you try unlocking it? there is a keyhole, and it only takes the master key (Valet key will not open it).

 

im use master without keyless.. it still unlock and i push button so hard and nothing to get open..

 

good catch i fixed my post. make sure the leather isn't catching or rubbing keeping it from popping open.
maybe one person hold the button down and another pull on it from the edges.
I haven't heard of this problem before. hopefully someone will know how to fix it.

 

Have you taken your center console apart before? If so perhaps you forgot to re-attach the latch like I did once..

 

Thats what i was thinking...or if you swapped to a diff year dash 92-96 with a 97+ you might have not swapped the arms on the lock mechanism which doesnt allow for full pull!
