Default sc300: is new panel only option?

Interior door panel cracked where my left knee rests while driving. see photo. Is replacing the full panel the only option, or is there a smaller part that can be replaced. I'll buy the entire panel if I have to, but so far I can't find one. Any ideas are appreciated.

Yes, you can purchase just the lower panel from the dealership. The door panel is made up of 3 large pieces.
