Default Should i do it...

Was thinking today about taking off my lexus logos and getting toyota soarer griffins for front and back then get word soarer instead of sc 300. What i cant decide- is doing the emblem change cool to stand out from other Sc's or is it retarded becuase i dont have the 1jz lol. What do you guys think?? Wanted to do more JDM stuff to the car..

This is my car now - I want to lower it soon and get new mufflers for more aggressive sound.

Need to do your mods for you. When I mod something on the car I dare someone to not like it, just makes me like it more. Do you.

thanks guys. How should i lower it? I know this sounds really dumb but im fairly new into this- do i need lowering springs AND new struts or just springs? and next question is do the springs and struts come together? Any brand or website suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

What I would do is hop up in that FAQ at the top stickied to the forum.

OLT beat me to it. I would go with TT struts and springs and call it the day.

So supra stock TT struts and shocks? And that lowers it too?

Struts and shocks sold separately but the supra applications give the car an additional .5" drop I believe. If your looking for springs and struts the Supra has a wider variety.

my idea is to have the car painted and then have the lexus emblem painted white on the front bumper and then have the soarer griffin on the rear

Personally I would leave the griffen off the rear and only install one on the front. I like no emblems on my car, but that's the cool thing about having a custom car....you can do what you want.

There are some really nice looking sandstone SC's on this forum to give you inspiration if needed.

IMO cars look cleaner without emblems/badges. I thought about just getting a Soarer griffin after I get a paint job, but I think my car would be cleaner without it.
